In these turbulent times, most of us are eager to know what to expect in the months and years ahead.

Economic experts Todd Buchholz and Jeffrey Allen Rosensweig will offer their take on our industry’s future in a Keynote Session titled “What’s Next? The Current Economy and the Future of Food.” The session will take place from 10–11:45 a.m. Sunday, June 7, in the Convention Center Ballroom.

Adding their insights to what is sure to be a provocative discussion will be moderators Mary Wagner, General Manager and Chief Technology Officer of Mars Botanical, a division of Mars Symbioscience, and Jean Kinsey, Professor and Director of The Food Industry Center in the Dept. of Applied Economics at the University of Minnesota.
