Woodland Foods (booth 1000) introduces it’s Enoki mushrooms. The flavor is mild, unexpectedly sweet and fruity, almost grape-like, with a pleasant crunchy texture. The Enoki is a indispensable ingredient in traditional Asian cuisine, especially Japanese nabe stew dishes.
