The IFT International Food Nanoscience Conference is back and better than ever. It will be held July 12–13 at the Hilton Chicago, in Chicago, Ill., just prior to the Annual Meeting & Food Expo. Join expert speakers from around the world and gain the latest insights into topics such as:
- Current and emerging nanoscience applications for sustainability, nutrition, flavors, food processing and engineering, and other areas
- Evaluating the safety of nanomaterials
- Non-U.S. perspectives on nanotechnology

What time is the primer workshop going to be at? Will it be near or part of the conference?
The Primer is a half-day course right before the regular Nanoscience Conference begins. The Primer will take place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on July 12, leading into the regular conference that starts at 1 p.m. on July 12. You can register for both, or just one or the other.
